yes it still has original power cord attached that also had a four prong adapter attached...never used adapter piece that it shown in first pic above

Is it dated 1983 on the machine?
I know you said from 1981, but Ms. PacMan wasn't even released until 1982, so I'm a little confused...

I did also check on web and you are correct that ms PAC man was released in jan 1982 so the second date on bottom sticker of 1983 by coleco would be correct

Manx on the bottom of machine tag has 1981 by Bally midway mfg and 1983 coleco industries...you probably are correct on date
