2Rip through the leaves several times.3Spread the ripped leaves on a tray and leave for 24 hours.4Check the leaves. They should be dry and crunchy. If the leaves are not ready, let them sit for another 24 hours.5Boil water.6Pour the boiling water over about two tablespoons of dried leaves.7Cover and let steep for ten to twenty minutes, adding about five fresh bruised leaves of peppermint and/or spearmint.8Pour leafy-tea into strainer over a mug. The tea should be in the cup/mug/teapot and free of leaves.9Add appropriate sweetener and enjoy!
