It doesn't say anything on it about being water proof. I'm sure it is like any other electronic and you don't want it to get soaked. But I doubt if you sweat in it it would effect it.

Loud as any other headphones. Definitely aren't gonna blow your ears out but if you turn it all the way up people not wearing the hat can hear it.
