DESCRIPTION: This is a foam cleaner screwed onto a plastic rod. It has the instruction sheet and is in the bag it came it. I have never used it. I don't have ceiling fans nor winder blinds. The foam head is washable. Made by P.P.R. Inc. Brooklyn, NY.
