This auction is for 2 dog collars. the one on the right is blue and red. the one on the right is black and red. These are a size Med. They're small enough for a small Yorkie, Chihuahua's or other small breeds.

SMALLEST IS 8" LARGEST is 15". I did this by straighting the collar out flat and measured it when small(closed as tight as can be) and then again when larger(as loose as I could get it). Hope this helps.
