this dress is new and does have tags on it, but there are a few MINOR things wrong with the dress, it has a few loose and missing a few sequins and one of the corset bones need to be sowed back in, this dress does come with a pack of new sequins to use for the ones that are missing so you don't have to worry about finding any and as far as I can tell there are just a few that are missing anyways, this dress is see threw where the corset is and it does split down the front, it has stunning layers going down the bottom to, please SEE ALL PICS FOR OTHER DETAILS!!!! ty
