The listing, A Personal, Handwritten Letter has ended.

This auction is an experiment. The winner will receive one handwritten letter from me. It can be about whatever I think of to write, or you can request that I write about a certain topic, give advice or encouragement, or most anything else.

In this age of emailing and texting, sometimes we crave a physical, paper letter in the mailbox. I will provide that for the winner.

I am starting this auction at zero because I am more interested in the response than the credits!

Please note that the ink pen and well in the photo are not included in this auction! =)

I agree. I partially got the idea from someone who listed a drawing featuring the subject matter of the buyer's choice. I like the idea of personalized goods such as these that are created with time and effort! =)

i have received several letters from melissa over the course of our friendship and her letters are awesome! she always has some cute stationary with insect stickers or old greeting cards from her days as a hallmark employee. you will not be disappointed!

an added cool aspect; winner gets it to be sent to someone who doesn't get much mail... an elder, perhaps? Someone in a nursing home, or someone serving our country in the military? I looked because a simple letter (I just mailed out 2) got a dozen bids already! :-)
