I got this brooch many years ago, (over 30 years ago) when I was a teenager. I remember I was with my grandmother, & we were watching a man make all these wonderful brooches. He told us they are 10 K rolled gold. Now I have no way of knowing that for sure now, as it is not signed, & I do not have the acid to test it either. I tested it with a strong magnet & it is not magnetic. I looked through an eye loupe & I did not see any flaking, no scratches, no wear on the metal. Also, no greening. It has the old fashioned clasp which is the pin just folding under the hook. It says Susanne. I am hoping there is some Susannes out there, or maybe Susan, or Sue, who would like this. I am just listing this as could possibly be real gold,& could not be as well. So you can decide what you want to bid. I will pay the shipping to you in the USA or Canada.
