It is high quality, don't know brand sorry, low heat, & no free shipping the gin is set low because i know everyone hates shipping fees my wigs usually hit 20-30,000 with free shipping but i can't afford it right now so i offered low gins on my auctions with fees :) sorry it took me a while to respond my internet has been off :(
