This is a cool vintage item called "The Smallest Vacuum Cleaner in the World".I don't know if Fluppi is the name of the product or company that makes it.
It measures about 6" x 2.5" and is made of very sturdy plastic.
You roll the brush side over anything that needs a quick cleaning - carpets, furniture, tables, car interiors, pool tables even. It picks up dirt and all kinds of little stuff.
Then take off the top and simply dump it out to clean.
