Based on using my kitchen scale, the shipping to 74571 is $5.95 and to 06412 is $5.85. I recalculated, shifting the weight 2 oz. heavier, and the price is still the same, so I trust this is what the post office would charge as well. Let me know if you want me to verify this with them this afternoon.
