Sterling Silver Jewelry listed as 925 Silver indicates that the silver item is almost pure silver and considered to the standard for quality. By definition sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% some other material – usually copper. The 92.5% is why jewelry is often stamped with the numbers 925 or .925.

Hi ......i just wanted to throw my 2 cents in about gemstones , i'm studying to be a gemologist... the stones citrine , peridot , amethyst , garnet , blue topaz , are what is considered semi - precious stones , i hate it , they are all precious but , since they are the most common , it really is not worth it for them to be man made , now i'm not saying they are or aren't , 1st rule is never id a stone from a picture , test determine that .. but with all that said i would say they are real but love that you side with lab grown to be on the safe side , if the winner wants they can have it checked by a gemologist if they want .... i have the same ring in gold love it ! the winner will be happy : ).. good luck to all the bidders !
