Brand new never removed from package "the big 1" first birthday candles. They are a little rough looking like they've been hot and melted slightly.. I added pictures to display what they look like the best I could so remember you're "buying" them as is.. Other then that they are in good shape.. The letters are about an inch tall and the number 1 is about 2 inches tall.... Comes from a smoke free home..This is NOT a relist.
