Are these cuffs the double locking?

Pretty sure they are not. It has the hollow key locking mechanism as shown in picture which makes it harder to pick. Hope this helps:)

@Larsens ... obviously lister doesn't know his own item...these are double locking cuffs.. made by Smithson and Smithson... these are high grade quality intended for law enforcement only... NOT A TOY if you get stuck and need a officer you will get in trouble... citizen are not allowed to have these... btw why is there only 1 key normally they come with 2... also my knowledge is I'm a law enforcement officer
