This is an iron on, is great quality iron on.
The iron on in the picture displayed on top of a black cardstock so you can have an idea how it looks like on a shirt or fabric. You can't find it anywhere else because were purchase from another country.

Once you have it ironed on, the iron on will stay and remains sparkle no matter how many times you wash the shirt.

Can you tell me what the max temperature that this can be heated with because I have a heat press but I don't want to melt the transfer (LOL) Thanks!

I would start with a medium heat, if it doesn't stick than make it higher
