We purchased this set just a few months ago but I didn't realize that my husband’s iPad is a newest generation and it does not have the same plug as the other models. Most other models actually all have this plug. It is still brand new in its original box. Absolutely perfect!!

The RCA RPD663 Mobile Sound System for iPad with Wireless Headphones is portable and perfect. Take your iPad on the go in the car or you can use it in the comfort of your own home. It has a dock that, not only displays your iPad, but also charges it as well. It's ideal for home and mobile use.

The built-in stereo speakers are low-profile and full range. You can also use the included wireless headphones with infrared (IR) link if you would like to keep the sound to yourself. This sound system has a digital FM radio with PLL tuner and station presets so you can program your favorite stations any time you choose. You can even use the remote control with the included battery to operate the sound system from a distance.

The System can be used in the car as well. It comes with a headrest mounting kit and DC power adapter to set it up and hook it up in your car to keep you or your kids entertained during those long drives across the country. The included clamp mechanism ensures your iPad is secure and won't fall out.

This sound system for iPad also has an antenna for better reception when you want to listen to FM radio. It also features two headphone jacks so you can hook up more than one set of headphones and more than one person can be entertained at the same time.
