no its too big for laptop ram

This is a 256MB, 266Mhz, DDR (1), PC-2100 single sided inline memory module. Non ECC so it's for an older desktop. (The cat told me..)

you have a 256 Ram stick . The last 3 number on the sticker show's what it is.
