And I had a data plan so I'm assuming yes, but u can check with AT&T to see, they might be able to switch up the phones operation system or whatever.....

I've had a phone that was all touch screen front and opened up into another screen and pad and I didn't have internet or anything and I think GIN is where they give you the amount that you set. like if you set it at 5,000 and someone offers that, they instantly get it..I think lol

A little FYI...you cannot add the GIN option until you have your "Seller's Wings" badge & after bids have been placed!! Once you have that badge then I believe you can start adding the GIN option!!! Good luck!!
