Good afternoon that would actually be mail fraud since the item is non-bendable, and it would require the 20 cent surcharge, but since the item bagged and wrapped exceeds USPS's 1/2 inch maximum thickness for Regular Mail it must be shipped Parcel at the least. I require tracking and insurance on top of it so it must be sent Package Rate with Tracking Number and Insurance.
