It is a very very small flower about the size of my pinkie fingernail...I hope that helps...it is called a mini puncher...I have this one already or I would keep it....but the flower is small!!!
Wow! That is small. Do people usually use it as a center for a bigger flower to layer on top, or glue alot of these little ones onto a background sheet?
I use this punch all the time when I make cards!!! i just punch out a lot of the flowers and sprinkle them around as decorations....and you can decorate anything with them really and yes you can use them as a center in a bigger flower that would be cute!!
That sounds very versatile! Have you also got some bigger ones? I'm trying to build up an array of different size punches. I really like the layered dimensional flowers some people make.
No i don't and I wish I did...I just have had picked up 2 of the same ones when I bought that one...I have been on here for days getting stuff to make scrap books and cards with...when we moved in our new house...the movers lost 3 big boxes and 1 of those boxes had all my scrapbook stuff in it...so I have been bidding on all kinds of stuff...I don't have any extra punch's but if I get some I will shoot you a message
Yes, let me know if you get more . I'm also looking for the butterfly punch by Martha Stewart. I saw some really incredible things people made with that using thin metal and I'm dying to try it. I wonder if this little one will cut thin aluminum also?
I know it will cut aluminum foil but i have never tried it on aluminum so I can't say yes for sure....I love the Martha Stewart punches too and I am trying to save up to get some our local store does have them but they are expensive!!
I saw just one of the butterfly punches on Listia a week or so ago but I had already won some other tools and didn't have enough left to bid on it. Youtube has some cool videos on cutting apart aluminum cans and using the metal to punch with, then dying it with alcohol inks. I never realized all the things that can be done with these punches!
Thank you for letting me know that...i would have never even thought to have tried that....but now i am going too....i like to try out new things all the time!!!
