Sun loving squash can be trellised. Plant 1/2" deep.
Wait til ground is warm before planting. Squash will keep for months. Can replace mashed sweet potato in any recipe. 7 or 8 seeds.

It takes longer to grow winter squash than summer squash. Idealy they are harvested at the end of the summer or early fall. They will store for several months.

Anytime I would eat sweet potaoes, this is a good replacement. Use as you would, butternut squash, like butternut squash soup.
