This is a 1994 3d avon collectors plaque. titled "south in blossom". the artwork is by tom o'brien. the handpainted plaque is crafted of hartford porcelain, its a mixture of porcelain powder & resin, crafted exclusively for avon.
the design is a magnolia and dogwood tree, rhododendron, pansy, tulip, azalea, and narcissus blossoms with a charming bluebird, it measures 8" across, has a mounting ring and comes in the original box.
the plaque is in mint condition, the box however is not,
