I tried it on my yorkie poo mix and it's too big for her. It fit my other dog real well. Oh well-I never realized that yorkies came in so many different sizes.

what type of dog is the one you tried it on? Do you think this would fit 40 lb dog?

My other dog was a silky terrier-17 pounds. The dog I have now is Yorkie-poodle mix and weighs 16 pounds. I don't think it would fit a 40 pound dog.
