This is a vintage 1970 Avon Seagull bolo tie necklace. Looks just like it did when my Mother gave to me back in 1970 something. This is such a unique and beautiful piece!! This is almost 40 years old! (Wow, that makes me feel old!) Get it NOW for this great vintage piece!

You are correct! You can slide it up and down for whatever fit you want. It does also have a clasp on the back. Thanks for the question!! =o)
