Haha! It is, but the picture was taken 4 yrs ago. I think most of them were from smoking for so many years( off & on) I quit, I Hope for the last time 6 months ago. I was a really heavy smoker, always outside no matter what the weather. The longest time I ever quit was from the day I found out I was pregnant until my sons were 3 or so. Oh believe me, I know how hard it is to stop & how all it takes is one to start right back up. I could never act like some do a "reformed smoker" as I know that I could pick one up at anytime. I hope this is it. My health has really suffered. And you know what, that never stopped me before.,Sometimes I still have to "tell myself" to just breathe & wait 2 mins or 5 minutes for that intense craving to pass. I have read many times that people who eventually stay stopped have made Many attempts to quit, prior. I will look & see if I can find the info a friend on Listia sent me( I believe every state has it. I still could use it. It is a free "program" where they help you to quit, when you are ready to try. And there are people who used to smoke, available any time you have an urge to smoke. 24-7. I will see if I can find it. I could still use the support!!

I use just one inhaler, but use my nebulizer 4 times a day. I was raised in Washington, DC & still live 10 minutes away in MD. If you don't have allergies, all you have to do is live in DC long enough & you get them. Ugh I am going to message my friend & find out the "smoking support" name & number in MO.

Hi girls. I also quit for 6 mths and started back a couple of months ago. I think that is one of the hardest things to do. Let me know if they have a program in Alabama like that also please. I also love this cream and Fanned and watching.

Hi! Actually I just got the email late last night w/ the website. I will private message it to both of you. I need it, too I only quit( the millionth attempt) 6 months ago. But I have quit 2 other times for 1 yr & almost 3 years, so I know how easy it would be to pick up one. Which leads me always to the next. I remember that you can register on the phone or email & they will help( FREE) always an "ex-smoker" available, fr what I remember 24-7 Give me 15 mins. Good Luck, it is Harder than Other things I have quit in my life. I try to just keep going but without much support, I know how easily I could pick one up. That 1 is always too many.
