I am not necessarily new to Listia but not advanced as you are. I just read your rules and I think they are very appropriate. They are to the point, professional, and need to be abided by all buyers and sellers for this to work well for all of us. You wording is outstanding. Thank you for that. It has to do with how many people you fan and how many fans you have. I have fanned way more than others have fanned me:) So until I clean up my fan list I am only able to fan those who fan me first.
