Are these new or used? Also you say you keep credits even if we don't get items...do you ship with tracking or insurance? I ask because right now I am waiting on polish that is a week late that was sent with tracking and the USPS does not know where it is (other than the last tracking update a week ago) and I now have a case open with Consumer Affairs regarding this issue, so I wouldn't want to be screwed over either. I understand we all want to protect ourselves :-) F&W

Only way to protect yourself on here is offering tracking # to winner that will show when it was delivered.

That warning could be interpret wrongly maybe you should put I provided tracking on all my auction and know when you receive package and won't be scam out of points.
