The listing, Very Old Set Of Pearls? has ended.

These appear to be very old. They are strung on a single strand without knots between them. many have small dings and small scratches but the clasp has all of the stones present and they are all clear. 7 different sizes of opalescent colored beads. I don't know if these are real or not but they do need a good cleaning.

can you tell me how long these are? I am looking for jewelry for my summer 2012 wedding which has a rat pack 50's theme and I think these would be perfect, they are beautiful

Congratulations on your 2012 wedding. Wow that is a long time to plan. I just measured them and the strand is 16 inches and the clasp is just over 1/2 inch. I have another set which is attached to a collar and in several rows. I tried cleaning those with a ivory soap soak, NOT THESE, and cleaned the finish right off of them! They should be professionally cleaned as they have a lot of build up on them.
