Nothing wrong with it.. I list a couple items when I first got on listia and never log back in for two months.. So whoever won the two items I listed gave negative feedbacks because I was new on here and I was MIA for a couple months

On your profile by your name, are Verification Badges. I think you can just click on whichever one you want to use for verification and go from there. It's been such a long time since I've done it. Plus you have to do it from off desktop or laptop computer; I don't think you can do it from a cell phone. For example if you have a Facebook or Twitter page and you connect 2 Listia through it that's one way to get verified. You can also do so through your phone number. I hope this info helps! :)
