Description
The listing, Stunning ZIPPO Lighter w Eagle & Statue of Liberty Flaming Torch on Front NIB has ended.
This is a stunning ZIPPO lighter engraved on front with a gorgeous Eagle, Flaming Torch of the Statue of Liberty and Stars. I myself would call this a great Patriotic lighter that ZIPPO has produced.
Being a 30 year veteran of the military and what this country stands for, I almost kept this lighter for myself but don`t smoke. The seal is still in place and is brand new in the original box. I paid 36.95 for this lighter and it was well worth it. I hope the winner takes good care of it and be proud to own it.
Questions & Comments
My oldest zippo has a PAT#2032695 with 14 holes and 3 hinges.... But don't know the year.
It must have been another member who sells recipes because they star theirs out at 1 credit and if they get 200 they are lucky. I found 3 or 4 on the internet, but thanks for your offer, I will keep watching your recipes in case you list one that I must have. I love to cook and try new recipes especially stir fry. I own many cookbooks which !'m sure you do as well. Good luck on your auctions.
That is a real collectable lighter it has a great theme. I collect Zippos. That is a hard one to find. I have one myself and every body that comes in my house and see's my collection always ask me where I got it. They only made a limited number of those. I love mine who ever gets that lighter showcase it don't use it. I think that is one of Zippos best ones yet.
You are totally correct. It is the only one I've seen and a Lady reluctantly sold it to me. It should be showcased, because the value on this lighter will go up. Thanks for the reply and I fanned you!
That is a really awesome Zippo. If I win, it will go the never-fire portion of my collection, along with the USS Peleliu Zippo I purchased in the ship's store during her 2006 deployment.
Wow, I hope you win it from one veteran to another! I spent the most money I have ever spent on a Zippo with this one. The front scene has such a strong meaning specially for anyone who has served in the military. Good luck, but I've got a feeling someone will use the GIN considering the number of watchers on this item. If you really like it that much and have the credits, you might want to consider getting it now with the GIN before someone else does. Thanks!
I know what you mean. It was tough for me to part with this lighter. When you are a disabled 30 year veteran it means something to me. Zippo is the best! Fanned you, please fan me back . Good luck bidding!
That would be great! The last nice Zippo I had listed sold with a person using GIN. If you really don't want to take a chance, I would use the GIN, because I have a feeling someone will use it soon and I don't have any more especially of this one. I almost paid 40.00 for it counting tax, so the GIN is a good deal. Good luck.
