The listing, Cute little dress has ended.

It's floral and paisley printed with blue and white. Spaghetti halter straps are on it so it's perfect for any tween or teen! I am a little larger chested and the dress doesn't fit me anymore. It's a size Large. it's light, cute and comfy and fits to any occasion!

The straps that you see on the hanger are suspension straps, they just hold the dress on the hanger. Also, the dress is a halter and depending on how tight you want to tie it is how it will fit. :)

It stretches in the back there is no zipper. It has that really stretchy cotton and polyester mix that stretches but it won't dig into your skin.

Yes it is a halter. The straps that are on the hanger are the suspension straps so it can be hung properly.

I'm on the taller side and I was at least 5'8" when I wore this to a wedding and it went to the top if my knees. So depending upon height, it should fit down to the knees, no leggings required for this.

I will have to double check. My sister has the dress right now and I will be getting it back within the next 28 hours. She needs the print from it for a project. It feels like cotton although it hasn't really shrank.
