Cilantro is easy to grow. Direct seed, a few seed every two weeks to have a steady supply. Fresh is best but you rarely see it at the store because it has a short shelf live.

Let this plant go to seed and the seeds become the herb known as coriander.

You can not make Mexican salsa without this herb.

You can't make Mexican anything without fresh cilantro!! Yummy stuff!! LOL

Yes, probably even better than it does here in Zone 6. You need a sunny location with warm soil.
