what you need to do is download this thing called tinyumbrella and then once you download it. open tinyumbrella plug in your phone then in the top right corner there will be a button that says exit recovery and there you go

I know it's good. I connected it when I had a computer and it wanted me to finish unlocking or call att to setup. I don't have a computer , or time to mess around unlocking it. And got another phone.
