Vitex is a heat and drought tolerant plant that will provide pollen and nectar for honeybees all thru the Summer into Autumn when there is very little else for them to gather. They will spread easily by seed, making an eventual grove if you care for one....Included in the pack is @100 seeds. They are from near my apiary, so I feel that they are fertile. Plant early indoors for early setout in the Spring.
