I have been googling opalite and the definition is confusing. is this made of glass or what?

Hello! Is not made only with glass. Opalite is a man-made stone made from impure varieties of Opal stone. That is the only way to get that beautiful iridescent opalized color. Is glass resin that is fused with metal and Opal stone to create an opalescent effect. Then you have a stronger fusion with a lot of properties.
