this is not a super treasure that was released by hot wheels. i simply replaced the plastic tires with real riders to resemble the super t-hunts made.
i carefully remove the blister from the card, which to me can be the biggest headache sometimes. i drill out the factory rivets, add a set of real rider tires,tap the post, and then added #4 stainless steel machine screws in place of rivets to secure the base & body. i do not use glue to secure the car back together, only to secure the blister back to the card. all is sturdy & secure and the car rolls smoothly & straight. before putting vehicle back into the blister, i apply 2-3 coats of car wax & buff it out to a beautiful shine.
everyone knows the most famous shagg'n wagon in the world, and with these tires and rims, they really set the mm off . i usually sell my customs on ebay, but the fees are killing me, so i am gonna offer a couple on listia and see how it goes.
