NEW Bladeless handheld or free standing color changing fan. It takes 3AA batteries. (not included) It is 8" tall and 3 1/2" wide. (I took it out of box and put batteries in it to show you that it works and the colors change. You have the option to have the fan on with colors changing or just have the fan alone on) It is a neat piece and blows the air very well.
