Sorry I have not answered any questions I have had a horrible few days, I would have to say that it is a size 7 there is a mark but I cannot make it out it appears to be sterling silver but it might be plated a magnet does not stick to it I tried to upload more pics to try and show how the light hits the stone but alas it will not let me. Hopefully this will help believe if you were to buy a ring like this that was made with real stones and out of 14k white gold it would be well over a $800 ring. IT LOOKS THAT GOOD> Thanks again for your patience
