Composition of coin, Proof come in 90% silver and some are 40% silver....Prior to 64. some IKE are 40% other proof are clad

sorry, but 1 more question... you put it in the capsule, so where did the PR 63 come from? It looks to be that easily, but no grading services were involved?

I have a book, it is not graded true. pr63 - is choice proof = reflective surfaces with only a few blemishes in secondary focal places. no major flaws....
