it is used but appears to be in very good condition I see no damage to it at all. the blue mark you see on it in the picture is just the light from my cam. this game should work perfectly as far as i know how ever I got this and some other games in a box at a sale i went to . but i do not have a vtech vsmile to use them on . there for i have not tried to play this but i was told they work fine . Because i have not tried this myself i can not say 100 percent sure that it works so you are bidding and winning it at your own risk . no refunds or returns .
