Anything over 13oz you can print online by buying the postage from the USPS website and they will give you a discount for printing online instead of getting the postage at the post office. I use it all the time and saves me money. You just print out the postage from their website, tape it on your package and then drop it off at your post office.

yes, go to usps.com you can set up an account with them. Just click on print postage and set up your account. It works better if you use google for your browser when printing postage. :)

I have done a factory reset and it won't say what app store it is unless I sign back in. Either way, the app store you want to use can be downloaded. Hope this helps.

LoL, yes. The original sylus pen taped it with its tip and made a small flea bite scratch which is why I suggest NOT using the original sylus pen.. This has not been dropped or damaged. You can see in the pictures nothing is wrong with this and works just fine.
