You can harvest these plants in the green leafy state to get fresh Cilantro for salsa or many other southwestern dishes, or you can let the plants mature and harvest the seeds for fresh Coriander spice. I do a little bit of both as I love to make fresh salsa from my garden and coriander is good in soups and a variety of baked goods.
Unlike most of the other seeds I offer I did not produce these seeds in my garden, I bought way too many packs for the space I ended up with. They are an old Heirloom Variety and are not GMO.
This listing is for 30 or more Cilantro seeds.
