i dont understand why a address has to be verified on this site you could simply type in same address on google maps to know its real

Could be fake accounts also its in the tos sending to non verified can get you banned from the site...do i want to be banned with 300k+ credits no i dont

Yes there is ...And this sure is not new look around the site 95% of the people are the same way not verified sounds like tough luck
