I don't use pesicides in my garden so all my seeds are organic.

A recipe drink with basil seeds :
This drink is popular in my country.
Soak 1/2 tsp of basil seeds in water. After 10-15 mins you will see that seeds have formed gelatinous membrane around them.

To prepare the drink, prepare your own syrup (this can be 1/2 c sugar in 1/2 c of hot water or if you prefer to use a healthier version, use honey). Add syrup/honey, add water or icewater in summertime, + 2 drop of rose water. If you have a food colouring that you would like to use, you can add a red one. I don't normally use food colouring unless I know it is 100% safe.
