Just to let you know some options...
USPS Priority Mail envelope is about $ 5.70 and includes Tracking, Flat rate in the USA.
The other way is First Class Mail that only considers the weight and not the distance. So it will be the same value to send to all the States after they calculate the weight! Taking a look at your items it would be about the same $5.70 or maybe less including Tracking to send them by First Class Mail.
