A copy of "Christmas Cookies" pamphlet that accompanied them all in their original boxes will be included in this auction.

During production, one limited edition design was made per holiday season They are of the finest craftsmanship with the finest detail, hand-painted, made of solid pewter with gold-tone overlay both on the front and back.

If you check my history of auctions, the last couple of these that I auctioned range in price from $25 to $130 on eBay!!

These solid pewter Festive Decorations can be used as ornaments on a Christmas tree, tied to ribbon on the outside of a very special gift, hung on a safety pin and attached to clothing, or as pendants worn on thicker or heavier chains.

They are at least a couple decades old with fine detail, hand painted smooth-texture and vibrant color. There is a craftsman stamp on the back that reads "Wallace Silversmiths." They are based in Willingford, Connecticut.

The tops of all of these decorations have a shiny gold V-shaped attachment like you would see on a heavier pendant made for maybe a rope chain or thicker/solid chain. The item itself weighs approximately .7 to .9 of an ounce EACH. I do not know if this "Christmas Cookies" line are still in production today, or if not, when they may have been discontinued.

These Christmas Cookie Festive Decorations measure between approximately 1 1/2 to 2" in length and 3/4 to 1 1/4" in width, however because of the landscape design rather than portrait, this dog on a sled would be the exact opposite in measurements.

On the back of these decorations stamped into the gold- tone overlay is the designer or crafter trademarked insignia of "Wallace Silversmiths." They specialize in items of very fine and detailed high-end craftsmanship, best known for their fine flatware.
