Its on the USPS website and It isn't worth the risk since games cost less to send first class
Video games, whether on CD-ROM, diskettes, or similar software, or playable systems including computers, do not meet the standards for Media Mail. Storage devices such as "portable hard drives", "thumb drives", "flash drives", "jump-drives", and "USB drives" for use with computers are not eligible for Media Mail prices. For specific eligibility please see DMM 173.3.
Video games don't qualify to be sent media mail. The usps can open any package that is sent by media mail, if they do, they will return it to you at your expense. Bubble mailers can be purchased at the post office, Wal-mart, or wherever they sell office supplies. www.usps.com
MrCat's wrong actually, I regularly send video games through the mail, and I've asked postal workers. You can't send video game consoles, but you can send the games themselves.
I meant media mail in the last comment, and actually, I wouldn't say he's wrong exactly, I've heard of people being told they can't send video games, but most will tell you it's ok to send them through media mail.
