At this time, I am offering free shipping. Please don't abuse this service. I will provide tracking. Once an item leaves my hands and is in the hands of USPS, I am NOT responsible for the item or its condition upon arrival. Blame the postal service. Sorry it has to be this way, but I have had a few problems like this and once bitten....etc
