The listing, Doors and Windows Daily/Monthly Planner has ended.

A brand new, unused, un-scribbled-in fancy shmancy planner.
Made of high-quality cardstock and fine heavyweight stationary, and printed with colorful and artful images of doors and windows with inspiring quotes, this is almost too beautiful to write in.
Each month has its own personal tab for quick reference, a monthly overview, a section of notes, and a daily planning section.
At the back of the planner is an address section, which is not as useless as people believe now-a-days. It's handy to have if your phone ever dies and you don't have everyone's numbers memorized.
The whole beautiful thing is held together by an elastic bookstrap (and, of course, a metal spiral)
Shipping is non-negotiable, but will be cheap and packed with love. I am open to a GIN if you catch it before a bid is placed.

That;s unfortunate. Due to multiple instances of people screwing me out of shipping, I'm hesitant to take anything but paypal.

GIN stands for Get it Now, and is basically like the "buy it now" option on eBay. It has pros and cons. The pros are that it doesn't involve waiting and you can guarantee that the item is yours, but the con is that it's usually high because the seller has to pay a fee to use it.
When a seller puts "exact shipping" as opposed to "flat rate" it means that they will charge you for the exact cost of shipping, instead of over charging or under charging with their estimated rate. As of now I cannot say the exact rate because I don't have a kitchen scale to measure the weight.
