Size XL 11/13, Made By Tripp NYC. It retails @ 96.00
I included a default picture for reference of the tie.

Skull printed chiffon dress with ruffle trim at bust; banded waist with tie; ruffle lace trim on full skirt; hidden back zipper; adjustable spaghetti straps.

Super cute, comfortable. Almost has a retro feel to the skirt. I LOVE this dress, but after having my daughter, there is just no way I can wear it any more. THE BUST AREA RUNS SMALL!

I also can only ship domestically unless buyer pays the difference as well :)

As long as your waist is tiny, with this dress it seems that the more gap you have at the waist, the more room you have in the bust.

Hey, I myself have a bit of junk in the trunk, but with your height you may want to opt for tights or leggings with this, It fans out quite a bit at the bottom, so the more booty you have the more it fans.

The more gap in the waist the more bust area you have, I was able to fit in it comfortably when I was a 38C. :)
